Teen Book Review: Fever, 1793 by Laurie Halse Anderson and Blue Bloods by Melissa De La Cruz

This book is amazing. It takes you on a thrill ride. The book takes you on a trip back to Philadelphia. The Yellow Fever has broken out and people are dying. Mattie has to face this epidemic outbreak and must fight to stay alive. Mattie must show courage, and use her strength and endurance to fight this war!




Blue Bloods by Melissa De La Cruz

Schuler Van Allen and a bunch of other people are the last remaining Blue Bloods. They were sent from heaven to protect their secret of being vampires and get rid of the Silver Bloods. Attacks are happening, and Schuler finds out that she is a Blue Blood that is half human. She must go through the transformation, and must take caution of the Silver Bloods. Also, everyone one in the Council, won't believe her when she says that the Silver Bloods are back because they were gone for so long.

I loved the series of Blue Bloods by Melisa De La Cruz. Fever was ok, but it was intersting to read about what happened when George Washington was still alive.
