This book is a wonderful horror/ fantasy book. The author Chris Wooding describes the creatures of the night like they are right in front of you, while making you fear them. This book makes you see the hardships of people's life in the 1800 century London with a little twist. It helps you see the life of a wych-hunter and how living up to a legend is impossible. I guarantee that anyone who reads this book will fear all wych creatures and fall in love with the characters.
